Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed and the file has been made available to you.

Why We Have This Policy

When you purchase a workbook from us, you receive immediate access to the downloadable PDF file. Unlike a physical product that can be shipped back to us, a digital file cannot be “returned.” This policy is standard for digital goods and ensures we can protect our copyrighted content while continuing to offer our products at an affordable price.
